If you want to deliver as well as inspire
outstanding performance, then you must identify the mutual benefits
of pursuing a common purpose. When you do that, the focus is on
what’s in it for us (“we”) rather than what’s
in it for me (“I”). Use this quiz to see how effective
you are at embracing and creating a “we” perspective.
Scoring:
3 = Always
2 = Most of the time
1 = Some of the time
0 = None of the time
