To keep discussions focused on goal achievement, use common individual/organizational factors to frame conversations. Common factors are those that everyone recognizes as necessary for individual and organizational success. Use the following questions to test your communication strengths.

Rating:

5 = always ask or explain
4 = frequently ask or explain
3 = sometimes ask or explain
2 = rarely ask or explain
1 = never ask or explain
