Successful achievement of organization goals requires involving all employees in the goal-setting process. How involved are your employees?

    1 = Never
    2 = Now and then
    3 = Most of the time
    4 = Always

_____ 1. All employees have an opportunity to provide input when goals are developed.

_____ 2. All employees receive written monthly updates about goal progress.

_____ 3. All employees have an opportunity to explain how their accomplishments have contributed to the achievement of organization goals.

_____ 4. All employees have an opportunity to offer suggestions for improvements when organization goals are not achieved.

_____ 5. All employees participate in monthly meetings to specifically discuss goal progress.

Score: For every item you rated 3 and above, your employees are highly involved. For every item you rated 2 and below, your employees are not adequately involved.
